I am delighted to let you know about a new 1-1 coaching programme I've developed, offered to you here still warm from the oven.

After interviewing a bunch of inspirational young women about what they most needed, I kept hearing the same key words:

Structure. Regular support. Sense of direction. Being held accountable. Thinking outside the box. Inspiration. Challenge. Fun!

I took the most effective tools and concepts from my existing coaching work and created a structured journey which takes you from frustration to clarity, from idea to action. There are eight sessions, designed to guide you through a creative, colourful process of self-discovery, building you a solid foundation from which to begin really sharing your gifts with the world.

You feel frustrated. You know you have something valuable to offer the world but you're not currently 'out there' doing it. You feel you're wasting time and that having no direction is draining your energy.
